The scenery is gorgeous and the Pont du Gard is awesome. The views from the bridge are stunning and the towers of the Palace du Papes at Avignon can be seen in the distance. As seniors, we found it easy to cycle the 800m to the pont and crossed the bridge to the rive gauche to see the "trace de l aqueduc" We also cycled to nearby Remoulins which took only 20 mins.

Noel

The wider region has many great paces to visit such as Pont Du Gard and The Colosseum in Nimes.
